  Just dealt with Brad tried calling to see if they have a product that is carried by Sherwin-Williams in town, I asked if he could order it in to save a trip and without even checking the computer in a matter of a second replied he could not get a hold of it. Definitely don't recommend this store at all if they dont even have the time to simply check if they could order a product in, it only takes 30 seconds to look something up they will never receive my business.

  Disrespectful and adamantly ignorant assistant general manager (Zack). I went into the store to buy the first batch of paint for the entire exterior of our home now that we have installed HardiPlank (fiber cement) siding. I asked for advice on what the best type of paint is for cement siding, and Zack insisted that there is "no way there is any cement" in our siding, and that it is "a plastic composite" otherwise it would be too heavy to hang/install on our home. HardiPlank is in fact made of cement, sand, wood fibers and water that are then cured together, but there was no telling Zack that, according to him fiber cement siding is made of plastic. Finally he said it didn't matter what the siding was made of, and that all of their latex paints would be fine for the job. As he mixed the paint I picked out some new rollers made of different fiber materials, and mistakenly asked him which fiber he'd recommend since I wasn't familiar with the second of the two. He said either would be fine, but he'd recommend a larger (9.5") roller (as opposed to the 6.5" I had selected) otherwise it would take is forever to finish the job. I told him our "reveal" was 6", so getting a longer roller wouldn't make a difference in our painting time. He then proceeded to agree that I should "use the 6.5" roller for the "planks" but use the 9.5" roller for the siding". After a couple times going back and forth and him raising his voice further and further I realized he had NO idea that the siding is made up of individual planks, and that the "reveal" was how much of each plank was showing after installation. I told him the siding IS the planks, the planks ARE the siding, they are the same thing. He got so frustrated, whether it was because a woman was questioning him and apparently more knowledgeable, or whether he was just embarrassed that he didn't know such a simple fact related to his job, that he said "get whatever you want!" and stormed off to the back room. He ended up having his incredibly pleasant younger employee (I believe his name was Jake!) finish helping me while Zack went into the back never to be seen again. Jake was so pleasant and personable it almost made me forget how demeaning, rude, ignorant and disrespectful Zack (the assistant manager, mind you!) had been to me only moments previously. Wow. If I hadn't needed paint today I would have walked out! I haven't felt so incredibly uncomfortable and dealt with such a demeaning person in quite a long time! Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere for the rest of the thousands of dollars of paint we'll be buying to finish our house project.
